10 most expensive homes sold in the Portland metro area, Jan. 15-21


A house in Lake Oswego that sold for $3.3 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Portland metro area in the past week.

In total, 587 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $580,399, $311 per square foot.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Jan. 15 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.5 million, single-family home at 4853 N.W. Skyline Blvd.

The 3,254 square-foot single-family house at 4853 N.W. Skyline Blvd. in Portland has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in January and the total purchase price was $1,450,000, $446 per square foot. The house was built in 2005. The deal was finalized on Jan. 8.

9. $1.5 million, single-family house at 16350 N.E. Hillsboro Highway

The 3,304 square-foot single-family house at 16350 N.E. Hillsboro Highway has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in January and the total purchase price was $1,487,000, $450 per square foot. The house was built in 1976. The deal was finalized on Jan. 3.

8. $1.6 million, single-family residence at 2090 Crest Drive

The property at 2090 Crest Drive in Lake Oswego has new owners. The price was $1,595,000. The house was built in 2020 and has a living area of 4,804 square feet. The price per square foot is $332. The deal was finalized on Jan. 8.
