Woman shares ‘the best job offer’ she’s ever seen and it’s a dream job for every employee

We all have a few criteria for a dream job, which mostly involve the company’s values and work culture aligning with our expectations. Rea Michelle, an introvert mentor who goes by @reamichellew on TikTok, shared one such amazing job offer and it was so good that one would think that it doesn’t even exist. She said that every company, no matter their organization’s size must consider this job offer as a blueprint. Calling it the absolute ‘gold standard’ of job offers, Michelle read the list of benefits the company offered in her viral video and people in the comments were just flabbergasted. 

“A salary floor of $80k (meaning no one is paid less than that) #LivingWagesForAll” was the first of many benefits. Next, the company offered fully covered health, dental and vision insurance, leaving no room for employees to ask for more. The third benefit was a wonderful retirement plan – “a 401(k) with a 5% match” and your future is covered. What impressed Michelle the most was the company’s “flexible work-from-home” policy, a dream for many employees. But that was not considerate enough for the company because they had to go to greater lengths and offer a 4-day work week too. 

Then came the company’s benevolent leave policies. “7 weeks of paid office closure a year, 4 months paid parental leave and unlimited, flexible paid vacation, plus a vacation stipend,” read the image on the video’s background. But these liberal policies were not the only highlights. This organization set the bar high for many small and large businesses worldwide by offering its employees a “gender-based violence paid and protected leave.” They are so sensible that they offer emotional support to people who are in abusive relationships. Also, the company offered unlimited menstrual leave for “people with uteruses” and the content creator could not believe her eyes. 

Michelle expressed her disbelief over how great these benefits were and said, “This is human decency.” Next came the unusual stipends that the generous employer offered. Employees get an annual tech stipend, which according to Michelle, is the money workers can utilize to buy tech devices like phones or computers. They also supported employees with a stipend for their personal and professional growth. Finally, the company mentioned “a stipend to build your wealth.” The content creator asked the audience to help her find the organization behind this “best job offer” and said she would even move to take that job.

With nearly 3 million views, this video grabbed the internet’s attention. People were quick to identify that this listing belonged to the tech and media company owned by Chani Nicholas. Many expressed their desire to work for such a company that respects and values its employees. “I would be the hardest working, most dedicated employee in the history of the world with benefits like this,” wrote @kelie81. “Paid PARENTAL leave, so not just maternity, but also paternity. They understand fathers need to take care of their kids too. As a dad, I love it,” commented @wolfofthebrook. “I don’t care where this is at. I have a passport, skills, education and experience. I’ll be there like yesterday,” joked @warlordriffs. “Oh my God! The menstrual leave! I’ve always had write-ups because I can never work my first 2 days,” wrote @kure.latirana.
