A house in West Linn that sold for $6.5 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Portland metro area in the past week.

In total, 538 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $605,789. The average price per square foot ended up at $311.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Jan. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.5 million, single-family home at 2401 N.E. 387th Ave.

The 4,327 square-foot single-family house at 2401 N.E. 387th Ave. has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in December and the total purchase price was $1,480,000, $342 per square foot. The house was built in 2006. The deal was finalized on Dec. 15.

9. $1.6 million, single-family house at 15101 S. Beaton Road

A sale has been finalized for the single-family residence at 15101 S. Beaton Road in Oregon City. The price was $1,555,000 and the new owners took over the house in December.
