Proudly Baby Care Brand Receives EWG Verification

Founded by Gabrielle Union and Dwane Wade, baby care brand Proudly has received the EWG verified mark from the Environmental Working Group (EWG). 
 
Proudly is designed to care for the needs of melanin-rich skin tone and products include baby wipes, lotions and baby oil. Seven of the brand’s products have been verified.

  Nourishing Oil: A jojoba, rosehip, and sunflower seed body oil blend that rejuvenates and replenishes dry skin.
• 
  Calming Spray: A lavender chamomile, coconut and calendula scented spray that calms babies for a restful night sleep.
• 
  Ultra-Rich Body Butter: Made with shea butter and a four-oil bend for deep moisturization.
• 
  Hydrating Baby Lotion: Scented with lavender chamomile, this lotion deeply hydrates with shea butter and jojoba oil.
• 
  All Over Balm: A multi-use, ultra-nourishing hydrating balm that targets dry spots, and sooths irritated and itchy skin.
• 
  Gentile Baby Wash: A non-stripping cleanser that keeps skin soft while providing a deep clean.
• 
  Gentile Touch Baby Wipes: Whole body wipes that are effective for the face, bum and everywhere in between.

With the EWG verification, Proudly products contain none of the EWG’s chemicals of concern and provide full ingredient transparency. 
 
EWG is a non-profit organization that educates consumers on clean, healthy, environmentally friendly ingredients and products based on research. The EWG Verification is considered the gold standard of health and wellness products. 
 
The brand is the first product line that is tailor made for melanated baby skin and receive EWG’s verification.
