Another day, another apartment complex with a resort-style pool. Except this two-bedroom apartment is in downtown San Antonio not far from the Museum Reach portion of the River Walk.
This week’s listing is at the Augusta Flats at 714 McCullough Ave., San Antonio, TX 78215, which is near the rooftop bar Paramore that puts on a pretty wild drag brunch. And yes, there is also a resort-style pool and a fitness center.

The kitchen isn’t huge but its pretty modern.

So how much will it cost per month to live at Augusta Flats? The Craigslist post says it cost $1,824 per month for this two-bedroom apartment. Zumper says the average price per month for a two-bedroom in the area is $2,159.
