An East Coast-inspired home in Los Angeles designed by Bravo-lebrity Jeff Lewis has listed for $4.5 million.
Located in the the Beverly Grove neighborhood of Los Angeles, the five-bedroom, five-bathroom estate was built in 2014.
Fully customized to feature a Hampton/Cape Cod-style aesthetic, Lewis added luxe finishes, which include Ralph Lauren light fixtures, coffered ceilings, wide-plank oak floors and custom tile work.
The home offers five-sided living room and formal dining with a chef’s kitchen. A custom-built Sub-Zero wine refrigerator and a breakfast nook with a bar were also built into the kitchen.
Grand folding doors lead to the backyard, which boasts a salt-watered pool and spa accompanied by an outdoor kitchen, the listing notes.
The master bedroom features his-and-hers walk-in closets, dual vanity bathrooms with a separate spa tub, a shower, a coffee bar with a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a back terrace facing the open backyard.
“Looking at the situation objectively, the limited availability of properties in this particular neighborhood makes it an opportune moment to sell a recently built home, given the high demand, particularly in Beverly Grove,” Steven Marin, who holds the listing with Compass, told The Post in a statement.
