Levittown was conceived by William Levitt with the vision of creating an affordable planned community.

Over the years, however, Levittown homes, spanning across Bristol Township, Falls Township, Middletown Township, and Tullytown Borough, have witnessed a steady climb in their market values.

As per data from real estate firm Movoto, the average Levittown home was sold for $379,900 in September.

For perspective, in October 2018, the median listing price for homes in the area was $224,900.

The current listing of the $699,000 Levitt-built home underscores the upward trajectory of the local real estate market.
