Vox Royalty Corp says its royalty covering the Binduli North gold project is expected to deliver annual revenues of up

Vox Royalty Corp (TSX-V:VOX) has provided a glimpse into some positive developments across its royalty portfolio, including first production from the expanded Binduli North project in Western Australia.

Binduli North, which is covered by Vox’s Janet Ivy royalty, started production in June 2022 and is expected to deliver annual royalty revenues of up to A$2.5 million over an estimated 10-year mine life.

Vox holds a A$0.50/tonne production royalty over the Janet Ivy gold mine.

Other highlights include a maiden underground silver resource estimate at the Bowdens project and an upgraded resource estimate at Sulphur Springs, where a definitive feasibility study is expected to wrap up by early 2023.

And at the Ashburton gold project, Vox told shareholders that project operators Kalamazoo secured strategic financing to progress resource expansion drilling. A scoping study will be released in 4Q 2022 that will be a “key milestone” to determine the potential development pathway of the project, according to Vox.

Commenting on the developments, Vox’s executive vice president of Australia Riaan Esterhuizen told investors: “The past month has seen exciting developments including first production from the Binduli gold expansion, resource updates at Bowdens and Sulphur Springs and guidance on key engineering studies for Sulphur Springs and Ashburton in the coming months.

Esterhuizen noted the growing Bowdens mineral resource, which now exceeds 315 million ounces of silver equivalent, calling it a “globally significant silver deposit” that is currently undergoing final development approvals.

“These specific developments and construction activities at other key Australian gold royalty projects such as Otto Bore and Mt Ida continues to support Vox management confidence in upcoming revenue growth potential,” Esterhuizen added.
